Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in SOMA Academy courses. By using our website or enrolling, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment and Access

Access to our private student portals and member portal is restricted to active, paying students. Sharing credentials, recording feeds for public redistribution, or uploading proprietary curriculum assets is strictly prohibited.

2. Community Guidelines

All students must adhere to positive, constructive conduct within the SOMA student community portals. Harassment, abuse, or spamming of fellow producers or instructors will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All course material, audio stems, project files, and recorded streams are owned by SOMA Academy. They are provided solely for personal educational use and may not be distributed or used commercially without express consent.
